PRC Career Coaching is led by Pete Cowing, a highly experienced career coach with over 25 years of experience as a technology executive with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing early career employees across a variety of functions. In 2013, Pete began giving back to his Alma Mater 

(UC Berkeley BA & MBA) and the community by counseling and mentoring college students on their path to securing internships and full-time employment.

Having spent a significant number of years online due to Covid, many students are deficient in the required interpersonal and soft skills necessary to navigate today’s ever-changing job landscape successfully. Simply submitting a resume on LinkedIn and hoping for the best is not enough. Students need to understand their strengths and weaknesses, both personally and academically, and be able to articulate why they are the strongest candidate for each position they are pursuing.
